Why fitness is important?

 Fitness is important for everyone health, what is the fitness? Fitness doesn’t mean that you can lift heavy weight, fighting, fast running , rather fitness mean that what is your health , what is you immunity power, what is your mentally fitness. Fitness or exercise can improve your health and risk free life .

Fitness can have long-term health and improve your quality of life. Simply fitness activity and exercise is important for everyone. Children , adults and all ages need regular fitness activity. Fitness promotes good health . Regular fitness maintain good health and improve your stress free life. chronic diseases cause 7 out of 10 deaths in the U.S. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention .some diseases cannot be prevented . Your fitness can reduce your disease like :- heart disease , diabetes , numerous chronic diseases some types of cancer , mental health issues and many more disease. Regular exercise and fitness increase your muscle strength, flexibility, bone density , stability , mood and mental health and increase immunity power to fight with (Corona) .

Regular fitness and exercise allows you to do activities that require high level of fitness Like:-  hiking to the top of a mountain , rush off , play with children , tirelessly running , regular work in periods time.

Regular fitness activity can relieve stress, depression , anger  and anxiety. In a survey some people say that they feel good and energetic when they do regular  fitness exercise . when you will fit regular, you will not need any type of medicine , pills and drug. If you eat regular oily food ,  you can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. In a survey showed that adults who watched more than 4 to 5 hours of television in a day, they had an 80% higher risk of death from cardiovascular disease.
